Sara uses a simple three-step approach with her clients who are based all over the world:

Step 1: Defines the Brand Purpose – the WHY your brand exists

Step 2: Delivers the Brand Purpose by establishing the Vision – the WHAT you want to achieve and the Mission(s) – the HOW you are going to achieve it

Step 3: Deploys the Brand Purpose – putting it into ACTION internally & externally

Step 1 & 2 are delivered in a six week sprint. Step 3 delivery is determined on a project specific basis.
